Pete and Rachel started in the hot tub industry in 2007 with Complete Spas, and have been supplying and servicing Quality American made spas in Worcestershire and surrounding counties. 

Over the years we have accumulated some prestigious Industry Awards for our work. including Gold in the 2017 EUASA awards in Milan. 

Our In-House team can provide a full range of spa and pool services to suit individual needs. We pride ourselves on our customer focused bespoke services.

All members of our team are qualified in water management and trained in repairs and servicing.



Now mainly online we have workshops and storage at our facilities in Wickhamford and Wick near Pershore.
